Hi, I’m Monique.

I’ve dedicated decades of my life to studying nutrition and how food affects our overall health. I’ve healed my own body by listening to what it needs. I’m a certified holistic nutritionist and private chef. I also hold online cooking classes and run in-person retreats in beautiful Costa Rica.

We discuss your overall health, current eating patterns, health goals and challenges, so we can create your personalized action plan.

Nutrition Coaching Programs

(3 & 6 months)

Ready to dive in and become the healthiest version of you? Programs include weekly support sessions with guidance and accountability, personalized recipe creation & meal planning, ongoing nutrition support to simplify what to eat for your unique needs, and messaging support between sessions for on-the-spot questions in real time.

Pantry + Kitchen Reset (Virtual & In-Person

A kitchen reset that actually changes how you eat day to day. We’ll go through your pantry and fridge, clear out what’s not supporting you, and restock with simple, nourishing foods. I’ll guide you through shopping and show you how to make meals that feel good, and taste really good too.
