Hydrate Like A Boss

There are lots of guidelines out there about how much water to drink. I think it depends on an individual’s diet and activity level. It’s important to understand that even if we drink water all day, water alone isn’t enough to hydrate us.

In order for our cells to take in as much hydration as possible, it is helpful to “reactivate” water or turn it into “living” water by adding freshly squeezed lemon, lime, or orange juice into it. Your cells are more likely to grab onto the water molecules if they include electrolytes and minerals that the freshly squeezed citrus adds.

Fresh, raw fruits, vegetables, and greens are full of antioxidant-packed water. Including more of these into your diet helps keep you more hydrated.
